Lovely creamy in taste, with a mild character and plenty of milk. Blossoms White are great for finishing your confectionery: roll brigadeiros or truffles in the blossoms for irresistible looks and chocolate crisp. Or sprinkle generously on top of ice cream and pastries. Blossoms White are also great to top off your drinks: sprinkle on top of marshmallow or whipped cream and let them slowly melt away for the ultimate indulgence.
