These Fat Daddio pans are anodized. Unlike other brands, they bake more evenly and the cakes come out flatter. So if you use a cake leveller you will have little to no waste. Often you won't even need a leveller. If you drop these pans they won't dent either. Flour Confections has the lowest price also. No import fees either. I ordered Tuesday evening and they arrived Friday morning. Shipping was free. 5 star service all the time.
