Nice cutter! Easy to use.
As pictured but a bit smaller than described. 3-3/4” tall and 3-7/8” wide. Bought to have a different dress next to Ann Clark 4” gown but they were not a good match size wise as the latter 4” was actually 4-1/2”+. Appears to be very good quality.
