Purchased this is a gift for someone else and was thrilled to be able to support a local business in her area. Customer service was great. My only reason for 4 stars over 5 is that I had to choose between providing her with a gift she could use instore or one she could use online. Not knowing her preference in this time of distancing, etc i would have preferred she had the option of either and that I didn't have to choose on her behalf

The process of buying the card was a little unclear. Patience is key, because it works itself out eventually. Can’t comment yet on the use of the card, as my daughter has not yet chosen anything. She has looked at the website and is looking forward to finding unique things.
