Great to work with and has a smooth finish. It doesn't crack or dry out.

Confectioners choice fondant is the best I’ve ever used.
This fondant was a bit harder to use than my regular brand (it cracked very easily, and when coloring it, became very wet and hard to work with, and also reacted badly with my black food coloring, which I have never experienced before), but it was cheaper, so I expected the quality to not be as good. Overall, it was okay for the price.
I have ordered this fondant many times and have loved it, it became my go to fondant for all cakes but this time around it was way too dry when it came out the box and every attempt of trying to smooth out the fondant was useless. Not sure if it was just a batch or they changed something but very disappointed!! Will throw out the fondant as it is of no use!! Do not buy this fondant!!! This is the worst fondant I have ever used. It is very soft, does not really dry and is just a hot mess to work with. I have used many different kinds of fondant now,,, virgin ice, satin ice, renfrew, chocopan and this Confectioner's Choice is terrible to say the least. Chocopan is worth it's weight in gold but Satin will do the trick since it's a little more affordable. You get what you pay for and sadly this product is not worth it.
