LOVE this chocolate. Not too sweet, with a hint of tang. It is really good melted with 70% Callebaut chocolate to add a different twist of flavor. Will be buying on a regular basis. Please keep it in stock. Thank you for the fantastic service.

This was my first purchase from Flour Confections and my first purchase of Callebaut Ruby and Gold chocolate for baking. I am a seasoned at home baker, and was very impressed by both Flour Confections and the chocolate. I used the ruby chocolate in a ruby chocolate raspberry cake this weekend and it was excellent for baking and decorating. I have used the gold chocolate for cookies and they bake well also. Excellent service from Flour Confections. Communication was excellent and pricing was good. I will definitely be using this company again.
