I use this in cocktails. Didn’t notice any glitter coming from it but it did colour the drinks beautifully!! Will continue to use as colour only. Buy proper glitter dust if you want sparkly effects. It does take a bit to dissolve in liquid, so for me using it in cocktails means I need to pre mix it before serving so there are no flakes left. Definitely should be called edible colour, not glitter.
