What are Candy Melts used for?

Candy melts are the best type of chocolate for cake pops. This includes candy melts, melting wafers or Guittard A’Peels . They make for a smooth, firm, and easy-to-dip coating that sets quickly.

How to use Candy Melts:

• Melt in microwave in 10 - 15 second intervals depending on your microwave
• Tempering is NOT required when using Chocomaker Candy Wafers
• Thin your candy melts with paramount crystals if necessary
• Dip chilled cake pop into the coating and tap off excess for a smooth finish
