Perfect for coloring chocolate and other oil based products. Chefmaster liquid candy food colors are formulated to bind easily with chocolate, candy, and compound chocolates while retaining the unmatched vibrancy and consistency of the Liqua-Gel formula.

Ingredients:Soy Lecithin, Propylene Glycol, FD&C Yellow #5 (E102), FD&C Blue #1 (E133).

Slowly add one drop of Candy Colors at a time until you’ve achieved your desired shade. Adding just a small amount of the concentrated formula at once will enable you to achieve the exact shade you want.
