Confectioners Choice Drinking Chocolate Mix is made from 100% Belgian chocolate.
Mixes perfectly in hot dairy and non-dairy milks - for the most decadent cup, use a combination of milk and 35% cream. This mix works perfectly with Hot Chocolate Bombs.
How to use: Heat 200 mL of milk and 50 mL of heavy cream. Add 55 grams or 6 tbsp of drinking chocolate mix. Heat mixture while stirring, do not boil
Ingredients: Sugar, unsweetened chocolate, cocoa powder, milk.
