I recently switched to Satin Ice for all my cakes. It is easy to work with and tastes great.

I love Satin Ice it is so easy to work with. It is not greasy and Rolls out really smooth. The taste is really nice.

I have used many different brands of fondant and am still a newbie to using it. I think I am going to conclude that this is my favorite type of fondant. It takes colors (such as red and black) very well without turning green or pink! The texture is a little tougher but I prefer this to sticky and soft fondant as it makes it easier to work with.
