I absolutely love satin ice gumpaste. Its very pliable, it produces a satin smooth elegant finish to any cake or cake toppers. Its very easy to use.

I am always reluctant on purchasing pre-made gp and icing products but, I broke down and decided to try the Satin Ice Gumpaste. I opened it up right away and tried it out with my Cricut Cake machine. Seriously, this product blew me away. Even tastes good. This is the first gumpaste (homemade or pre-made) that has ever molded as thin as paper. I love the way it feels and it is incredibly smooth and easy to work with. I highly recommend it to anyone, professional or hobbyist. I was so impressed with the results of the Satin Ice Gumpaste. My crowns molded so well and the gumpaste was so smooth and easy to work with. The consistency is not dry or hard; rather, it is pliable and smooth and lovely to work with.

I've tried several brands, but this is still the best gumpaste I've ever used. It comes out of the bucket relatively soft (not rock hard like others), and has an ideal texture. Other kinds I've used are spongy, but this models very well.

My favourite gum paste on the market. Drying time is quick enough to have something set up but long enough to fiddle for the correct placement of a petal.
