Liquid non-dairy topping that whips up to 4 times its volume. Excellent performance and stability. Perfect for any recipe. Packaged in 1kg cartons.
INSTRUCTIONS: Thaw completely in the refrigerator for 24-36 hours. FOR BEST RESULTS: Shake well before using. Topping should be kept between 40°F - 50°F (4°C-10°C) before whipping, never over 50ºF (10°C). Use chilled bowl and wire whip. Do not put bowl or whip in freezer. Pour liquid into bowl. Product should only cover 1/4 of wire whip. Whip at medium speed until soft peaks form, topping loses its gloss and pulls away from sides of bowl.
