I absolutely love these plungers. I use them mostly to make beautiful and quick gerbera daisies. Layer a few different cutouts. Then make the center of the flower by pressing your fondant or gumpaste through a fine sieve. Super easy and super beautiful. The plungers are also good for a traditional daisy and for Sunflowers.
