I need to follow a very strict AIP diet and have known about Otto's Cassava Flour for awhile now but couldn't buy it in Canada. I am absolutely thrilled it is now available in Canada. I made tortilla's the first day the flour arrived and they were absolutely delicious! For somebody like me who cannot eat any grains this flour is the answer to my dreams. I look forward to trying out more recipes using this flour.

I follow the AIP diet and this flour is perfect for making yummy tortillas. The recipe is printed right on the package and they turn out great every time. Flour Confections is the only place in Canada where I've been able to find cassava flour.

I am enjoying the cassava flour. It seems easy to work with. I tried making tortillas but didn't have a lot of success with the rolling out of them but they tasted good. I am armed with several tips on tortilla making so will give it a go again. Everything arrived in good condition when I received it & the order was filled promptly. Thanks.

I haven't had time to make anything yet, but I'm anxious to try making egg roll wrappers and maybe some wraps for tacos, etc. It did work for thickening gravy which was a nice treat on our fries.

Great flour, still getting the hang of cooking times, but a great substitute on Paleo diet!

Needed it quick and it came in a few days!
