Otto's cassava flour is gluten-free and grain-free. Sub slightly less Otto's for regular flour in recipes and voila, favourites are easily made again (without needing 5 other kinds of flours and binders). It's definitely more expensive the wheat flour, but comparable to almond flour. It's definitely it's well worth it! ...
