Has a mild vanilla scent and flavour. Used it for my royal icing. Does what it's supposed to!

I had to adjust ,as it is much different than bulk barn's . It has dried faster, to a smooth top .

The price is good and shipping was fast, although quite costly. Other than expensive shipping cost, product and company are great!
