This Legit Pancake Mix is grain, gluten, dairy, soy, nut, and nightshade free! It makes up to 30 "silver dollar" sized pancakes, enough for a family. The mix can be split into 2, by halving the dry mix and also the wet ingredients.

Ingredients: cassava flour, coconut palm sugar, baking soda and sea salt.
