Applications: Instaferm RED is designed for optimal use in bread dough and other yeast-leavened products such as sweet breads and rolls, Danish and Doughnuts. Instaferm RED is designed for use in regular bread and high-sugar dough with up to 10% sugar.
Size: 450 grams (1 lb)
Ingredients: Yeast, sorbitan monostearate, ascorbic acid
Mix in the dough at the beginning of kneading. The high fermentation activity permits its use at a lower level than that required for Active dry yeast. We recommend between 1 & 1.5% based on flour weight.
