Bought a 14 inch round cake pan from you. I had read that heating rods placed near the middle of the pan, ensure a more even bake. I used them. The cake turned out perfect, with no sag in the middle. Hint would be to grease the heating rods well, so that they don't stick to the cake. All items that I have ordered from you are excellent and arrive in a timely fashion. I will absolutely order from Flour Confections again.

After having a hard time tracking down the Fat Daddio heating rods, I was thrilled to find that Flour Confections had them in stock. I was equally thrilled with the customer service. I placed my order on a Tuesday, and had the rods on Thursday! I have a 9x13x3” Fat Daddio cake pan, but had been hesitant to use it. It is recommended to use a heating rod when baking such a large cake, otherwise the cake may not bake evenly. As soon as I received my heating rods, I tried one of them out. My cake turned out perfectly! I will not hesitate to order from Flour Confections again!
