I LOVE this gluten free flour - it doesn't have the grittiness you often find in a lot of gluten free flours (because most of them are loaded with a lot of whole rice flours) and the taste is really good (so much so, that you can actually enjoy the taste of the raw batter) because it doesn't have any bean flours in it.

Hi; I ordered for the first time and the package came quickly. The man reason for ordering was for Bob's gf flour. I ordered 3 bags of Bob's gf flour for myself and my sister but only received 1 as there was limited quantities. I totally appreciate that and understand - I only wish I knew that before ordering - but again, I fully appreciate your position. I will order again once it is back in stock! Thanks and be well.

The only GF flour I ever use, the taste and texture is unmatched

I used the Baking Flour to make zucchini bread. It turned out great. Very moist and tasty. However the shipping and handling is not cost effective. Perhaps some coupon offerings or some other form of motivation to order online. Our health food store in our city has the product so might go with them. I didn't go there because of strict mask mandates but now is loosened. So consider what I suggested.
