Dulce de Leche caramel spread - food service size of 1 gallon (11 lbs). Delicious with just about anything or by itself.
But the most common uses for Dulce de Leche Caramel Spread are served over ice cream, cheesecake, cakes, waffles, pancakes, crepes, toast (add butter to the toast first, trust us!) and fruit.
It's also excellent as a base ingredient for shakes, ice cream or baked into various pastries. Finally you can use it to flavor beverages like coffee and shakes.
Ingredients: Low fat milk, sugar, soybean oil, glucose, vanilla extract, sodium bicarbonate.
