Directions: Place half the required water in mixing bowl, then add mix. Mix 1 minute 1st speed, then 3 minutes on 2nd speed. Add remaining water gradually while mixing on 1st speed. Stop and scrape bowl. Continue mixing 2 minutes on 1st speed. Lightly grease and flour cake pans. Pour batter to half fill pans. Bake at 188 C (370 F) for 25 minutes.
Yields: approx. 7 round 9" cakes
