I recently switched to using this fondant after only having access to the Virgin Ice fondant which I often found dry and cracked a lot. This fondant is soft, easy to knead, easy to roll and never has cracked yet when put on cakes. The only problem I have had is that sometimes bubbles are created if put on the cake too loosly - but that was easy to resolve. All in all, this is the fondant I will be using from now on - love it!

Love Confectioners Choice fondant! Tried this fondant and haven't turned back since! Its easy to work with, smooth and affordable. Now all we need is it to come in bold colours!

This is excellent fondant. I had been previously using Fondx which is the same price for HALF the weight of fondant. This has an excellent texture, colours well and holds up in the toughest situations. I'm a convert!
