SOLD! I had been a faithful "make your own fondant" baker but last fall I had a wedding cake to do and I was travelling to a different region and feared what the difference might mean to my fondant. I tried this fondant assuming it would only be for that one exception but Ihave never made another bath myself since. This fondant has great elasicity, great taste and is sooo easy to work with. Also, you cant beat the price (buy two and save even more!) I am officially converted!
