Confectioners Choice ® White Rolled Fondant is a ready to roll icing fondant which can be rolled either by hand or by machine to create a smooth icing finish for all types of cakes - perfect for wedding & special event cakes. Simple decorative elements such as leaves, plaques, bows, etc can be created - it is recommended to add something like CMC, Tylose or Gum Tragacanth powder to help with firmness when modeling items. It can be coloured with paste, gel or powdered food colours.
How to Use: Knead the desired amount of fondant well, on a smooth clean surface. Roll out fondant on a surface dusted with icing sugar, cornstarch or a light coating of shortening to help prevent sticking. Drape fondant over pre-iced & chilled cakes and adhere smoothly to the top and sides, cut off any excess fondant, and place the excess fondant back in the polybag inside the container.
Ingredients: Icing Sugar, glucose, vegetable shortening (partially hydrogenated soybean and palm oils), water, glycerine, corn starch, palm kernel oil, gum tragacanth, citric acid, soybean lecithin, artificial flavor, titanium dioxide.

Always a great service ...
I love this fondant. It can seem a bit stiff and dry at first glance but as soon as you start kneading it quickly becomes soft and lovely to work with. No problems with elephant skin or tearing and it tastes nice. The price is also nice. I highly recommend ...
