I just used this 2 days ago to make my sister's bridal shower cake, and it was very easy to use! It was also my first time using and colouring fondant, so I was a bit nervous, but after kneading the fondant a couple times it was super pliable and easy to drape. I would highly recommend this product for baker's looking for a more affordable tub of fondant :)

I only used fondant once before I used this (and it was sort of a disaster). Then Confectioners Choice was recommended to me by someone at the store. IT'S WONDERFUL. I was making my very first wedding cake - 3 tiers - 4˝ each tier... The bottom layer was a 14˝ cake so if the fondant hadn't been smooth and perfect it would have been so terrible. But this fondant is really, really nice. It's smooth, easy to use and it looked beautiful. I highly recommend this fondant to anyone who is just starting out and needs the fondant to be cooperative and forgiving. Five stars from me on this product.

High Quality, fair price and quick shipping.

this was my first time buying fondant and I must say it was an excellent buy! the fondant rolled out and covered 5 layers of 8" cake nicely with extras. it also tasted really good.

Love the taste and texture of this product. It is very soft and easy to work with product. It does not dry hard like other fondants though.
