We bought.this for our daughter's graduation "cap cake". It was really easy to work with.

It was my first time using gumpaste and I'm glad I picked this. You get quite a fair bit of product, too! It's tough at first but once you start kneading it it starts getting more malleable. It was also very easy to colour and it stayed easy to work with. I dusted with cornstarch as needed and ended up with some really beautiful gumpaste flowers. Definitely recommend this product.
