Description Developed with a special recipe for high humidity and tropical climates and often called the "world's best" rolled fondant - hands down! Referred to within the industry simply as CARMA®, this fondant has become the fondant of choice by professionals such as Mike McCarey & Lauren Kitchens. It can be rolled thinner than most other fondants yet will cover beautifully without cracking or tearing. It is perfect for icing birthday and wedding cakes, etc. It has a wonderful flavour on its own, but can also be flavoured and coloured easily, and can be used to model small figures. PLEASE NOTE: As this product is imported from Europe, it arrives to North America with a best before date of anywhere between 3-6 months.
