Very strong pistachio flavour, so a little goes a long way. This is a very smooth, thick paste that was easily blended into a gelato base.

Amazing paste and great quality. I’m happy I have enough time to use it before the expiration date. Only made a pistachio tiramisu, and I’m amazed at the flavour. Definitely going to try out other desserts!
