Very good as expected

Great knife. I use it to cut my homemade bread. Sharp, well balanced. It is large but i Use a bread slicer guide and 8" and 10" knives just keep slipping out the back end of the guide, which make the blade dangerous. I liked it so much I bought one as a gift for my niece who bakes alot.
