I initially bought this as a trial because I love the Extra Brute version and I was not disappointed! This is equally beautiful, with an intensely carried flavour palette and minimal bitterness. It's a must in any bakers kitchen (this is legitimately one of my secret ingredients.) Enjoy.

This cocoa powder is lovely. I've used it a variety of cookies and a basic chocolate cake, it really adds a nice deep chocolate flavour.

The vanilla bean paste is an excellent product. I love it. The cocoa powder is wonderful. Have not tried the bittersweet chocolate, but it looks great.
