Buttermilk is a result of making butter that during the churning process remains more of a liquid. Pure dehydrated buttermilk from Wisconsin. Perfect for salad dressings, pancake mixes, or any recipe that calls for buttermilk.

If you don't use buttermilk often, this is a great product to have around for biscuits, pancakes and other baking projects. Store in a cool, dry place for up to 1 year. We do not recommend refrigeration or freezing.

Add 3 cups buttermilk powder to 3.75 quarts water to make 1 gallon liquid buttermilk.

For one cup of liquid buttermilk, mix 3 Tbsp Buttermilk Powder to 7.5 oz. water (1 cup minus 1 Tbsp).

To reduce clumping, mix with warm water and chill overnight.

Shelf Life: 10-12 months
