Really good richness without the bitterness

This was excellent. Not bitter, excellent for making some black Halloween cakes, swiss meringue butter cream, and also blooming with a bit of boiling water for 'painting' little details like eyes and mouths on. Will buy again!

Amazing! I had a client who wanted black icing and this product was perfect. True black color and tastes great!

This product is excellent, used to make a black velvet cake and it turned out beautifully. Great flavour and good quality, colour nice and dark!
