GUITTARD VANILLA WHITE A'PEELS COATING CHOCOLATE - 1 LB

Guittard white A'peels coating chocolate is a perfect replacement for Merckens®.

A'peels can be coloured with powdered, paste or gel food colouring.

Easily melt over a double boiler at 110°F, or in a microwave oven in a microwave proof container on half power with 10 second intervals of heating and stirring.

Please note: 1lb bags are packaged in a non-factory re-sealable poly pouch.
