Learn the art of cake decorating and design from experts in the field. Classes at Flour Confections are offered in a relaxed & friendly environment and are designed to maximize your learning experience by offering small class sizes and full hands-on participation.

In addition to our in house classes, Flour Confections is known to host some of the best talent in the world with our celebrity guest classes - including classes with Bronwen Weber, James Rosselle, Mike McCarey, Toba Garrett, and Ron Ben-Israel.

Classes are scheduled in 3 sessions:
Winter/Spring, Spring/Summer and Fall/Winter

Private lessons are available for those who wish to have one on one instruction in order to develop their skills with a particular subject matter. Whether you are a beginner or a master, private lessons are available to anyone and will cover material content offered in most of our group classes.

All private lessons are charged by the hour for a minimum of 2 hours and a maximum of 3 full 8 hour days. Private lessons may be schedule any day during the work week within business hours subject to availability. Some lessons may have an additional fee based upon the subject matter and materials required.

Private Lesson rate:  $85/hour*

*All fees are based upon an hourly rate per person, and include the cost of supplies and customized lesson preparation.

Lisa Bugeja will be off to Denver Colorado where she will be judging and demonstrating at the Sweet Times in the Rockies cake show. The show takes place February 11th & 12th at the Colorado Garden and Home Show.
